Second Photo Shoot

Well, yesterday was my second photo shoot. Of course, the day before I had to be there I called my 'model' to make sure we were on, and lo and behold... SHE HAD AN EYE INFECTION! Argh. I was really upset because she was already my third choice, and I couldn't find anyone else that could be there at 9 am, never mind someone for the look I wanted to do. I was really frustrated and discouraged, especially since this happened the last time too. After looking all day for someone, it was about midnight (I had to be there at 9 am) and I pretty much gave up. As a 'last resort' I was looking through everyone's photo albums on facebook to see if maybe I could find someone who had the right look. Sure enough, there was a 'perfect' face for the look I had planned to do. Problem- I had no idea who she was or how to reach her at midnight. I decided it was a longshot, but I sent a message to the girl who's album she was in, asking who she was and if she thought she might be available the next day. (and if she was even in Israel!) To my great surprize, as I was getting ready for bed my phone rang. It was the girl from facebook saying her friend was in Israel and would be happy to model for me. YAY!!!!! Not only did it all work out in the end, but this girl Rachel was better than anyone else I had wanted to model for me. Thanks Hashem! Ok, enough blabbing, here are the pics.

And this is Rachel after! (I did her hair too, btw) The boa was from a purim costume stand. I bought it especially for this look. Oh, and the professional pictures come next week. I will post them when I get them.
