Introducing...THE THINGS!

Ok, so I really was going to wait until the official Purim pictures to post these. Today was the girls' 'Gan Purim' and all the kids went to gan dressed up in their costumes. I didn't find out that they had to wear their costumes until yesterday evening, and they still were not finished so I sent them to gan in un-finished costumes. Oh well. I still have to add a few more finishing touches to them, but the pictures came out SO CUTE I just had to post them. Anyway, here they are! Thing 2 and Thing 1! (*Note: This was really kind of an 'inside joke' costume. Natan and I always joke that the girls are 'things', and they have the video of The Cat in the Hat so they knew what they were. Talya INSISTED on being Thing 2 since she's 2 years old and Sivan is 1 so she had to be thing 1. Actually makes sense if you think about it!)

P.S. I'm really proud of myself! They came out better than I had hoped, and I even kind of figured out how to put in a zipper!

Very cute! They look "finished" to me - based on the pictures (thanks for providing the "originals" - I had a deprived childhood and am not thoroughly familiar with 'Cat in the Hat').

I look forward to seeing Ima & Abba Thing and the whole Thing family in pictures at Purim.

Auntie Carolynne

As usual. Esther Leah your talents are exceptional. And I hear Natan did some creative costume work also. Kol Hakavod for the team work!!!
Oh ya. The team work on the 'kids' themselves was great too!
