I apologize ahead of time to anyone this post might be of zero interest to. It's just that I would like the feedback of those who would like to give it... so here goes!! (Miriam, Ima, Aunty C, Nana, Rachel etc...)
SO this is more or less what my dress will look like. Please read and let me know what you think. The second picture is just to show the feathers and crystals on the neckline. Should I add it to the neckline and sleeves of my dress?

WOW!!! SO COOL! I think that you should put leave it how it is without the crystals and feathers and then do something with them for your hair, because there is already a lot going on on the dress. But do the sleeves. Or another option is to not do the sleeve fancy and then just use crystals on the neckline and sleeves. Looks great! Good luck!

GORGEOUS dress!
I suggest no train for many reasons. Biggest one is major tripping when dancing. If your hair is VERY simple and plain(so not you!) jewels and feathers for trim would be ok. You take such pride in your hair, let that be the focal point of the total look. Some stuff on the sleeves would be ok, I think, to add sparkle and shine as Miriam suggested.
Just my humble opinion.

so i just checked the blog now, i know im soooo bad. i just hardly have time to sit at the computer. i agree with both miriam and nana. do some jewel if everything else is simple, other wise put it in youre hair! i agree with nana not to do the train. other wise stunning!! btw whats the story with bow ties for the boys? are you going to do them? im going to go shopping for them soon and am curious...
