Hi Yonah, Congratulations on a great job on the deck. I'm sure you'll work similar magic on the garden. There's an English saying "It's an ill wind that blows no good". Obviously your delays in making aliyah have been a boon to fixing up the house. I'm glad your Nana's genes for tidying & beautifying were passed on to someone. I look forward to seeing pictures of the garden.
I need to make a clarification. I didn't intend to inadvertently insult any of you and suggest Yonah is the only one who makes things beautiful or tidies up. Many of you have an amazing talent to be creative and artistic and make things beautiful (I have none.) But...tidying up -not so much. I think we can all agree Yonah is champion of tidying up. One of my fondest early memories of Yonah is him in your Jerusalem apartment dining room, with a broom at least twice as big as he was, sweeping up.
